Historical work
An agency can’t produce great work without smart, brave clients. We’ve been lucky to work with quite a few over the years. Here’s some of our favorite work from our past. Never forget where you came from.
Washington Mutual started as a Seattle-based S&L. Eventually, they went on a voracious merger binge, got greedy and played a pivotal role in the 2008 financial crisis. We were not complicit in their near destruction of the economy, but we did help them sell a lot of free checking and home loans. We also created a bunch of award-winning work.

When we started working with Group Health, they had an undeserved reputation for substandard care. We created the Action Doctors campaign to refute that perception. Consumers loved our Dr. Hardy character and tried to schedule appointments with him. KING-5 TV wanted to interview him. Oh, and net membership rose by 35,000.

Redhook was one of the first big time craft brewers. We worked with them for nearly a decade. We helped make Long Hammer the top-selling IPA in America and created a persona for Redhook, turning “him” into a buddy who’s always there for you.
We worked with SCCA (now Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center) for six years. Their amazing collaboration of teams from Fred Hutch, UW Medicine and Seattle Children’s helped patients achieve higher five-year survival rates for all cancer types. Our campaigns helped SCCA generate the highest brand awareness of Seattle area cancer centers and increase patient volume by 15%.
